Donation page

The main Donation Page.

With this page, i have made two main buttons to go to.

- Form

- QR Code

With Form - Its a mini form place where you can just donate with simple info from the user.

With QR Code - where u can go on and scan to this place where collectors on street have a code where people can do it on a run or when they dont have money on them.

Form layout

Making it as simple as I can and fast and easy. Trying to make it not like massive long forms where users will exit right away with so much to do or not in the mood to do a long answer question thing for just a donation.

Simple where the small basic information you just need will just work and e-mail is to send an e-mail back to the donationer for thank you

QR CODE

With the QR code - you can just do two simple step. 

- choose the amount you want

- than scan in the sticker you got from the collector - connect

and your done.

At the moment, the code shown there will be the scanner on the phone scanning the code.

FOR THE WEB AND COMPUTER USE.

 when on the computer, click on to the qr code and thats when the idea of the code been scanned. than it will connect to the next page, Thank you for your donation.

at the moment with some trouble, the thank you page isn't working with the imagery that i had done with the animals there.
